Bearing steel is a special steel in the quality requirements of steel, has always been considered a high quality representative. (3) gun position and the final control, the steel recommended the use of two guns, gun position control in the 1.7 ~ 2.7m, there are signs of splashing plus ash to stop, the target w (C) is 0.3%, the temperature is 1600 ~ 1630 ° C, w (TFe) in slag is 15% to 20%, and R is 3.4 to 4.0.
(4) Deoxidized alloying It is recommended to fully deoxidize with aluminum ferromanganese to ensure that the lower oxygen content of LF is about 8 × 10-6.
(5) strict control of the tapping process slag, as far as possible to take slag measures, such as slag unsuccessful to take the furnace residual steel measures to avoid too much from the slag caused by phosphorus.
